Just want to say thank you very much - having a transfer saved a lot of stress. Both Bob and Don (for the return journey) are to be commended.

This is an excellent company. We have used the services of both Brian and Ian they are both pleasant company on the journeys. We have used them for trips to Birmingham Airport and to Southampton docks. The phone call from Brian the day before departure is so reassuring also to see him waiting on our return. We have already booked Brian for our next trip so big thank you to a fantastic company of whom we would have no problem at all in recommending.

This is a great company. Very reliable and worth every penny. We had Ian who was fantastic, really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He is also a fountain of knowledge if you want to know about the US! He had to drive to Gatwick when it was really bad snow. We were delayed coming back by 4 hours. We let him know and he was there waiting for us after a long flight. The drive there and back flew by Ian was great company. I would recommend their services to all my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.Thanks for a fantastic service! As a preious poster has put - "A BIG THANK YOU!"

My husband and I would like to give a big thanks to BAT our return flight to gatwick was redirected to stanstead due to severe weather on 6/1/2010 but the driver came from gatwick to stanstead and got us home when 100s of others were stranded at the airport. We will be eternally grateful and will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it to others, BAT are reliable, friendly and professional but above all have excellent customer service and go the extra mile (or 70) to ensure customers get to and from destinations. There is a saying that Angels come in many forms, on 6/1/2010 ours was Ian a 6 foot ( ) driver from BAT who got us safely home in such dreadful conditions. A BIG THANK YOU.

Delighted with excellent service for our transfer to Manchester airport.It was re-assuring to receive a phone call from Brian on the day prior to our journey to confirm arrangements.Brian arrived in good time on both outward and return journeys ,was very friendly and polite and was a good driver which is important when you have a nervous member in the party.This was the first time we had used this company but will recommend to others and will definitely use again.

April 2009 - Family of 4 flying from Birmingham. Fantastic Service!!! Used this company for the first time and was really impressed by the service and the price. Would recommend for anyone wanting a stress free airport transfer. Brian was quick to respond to my enquiry and provided us with a totally stress free journey. Would use again.

My wife and I had occassion to use this companies services twice in early August and were delighted with the service we received. The service was friendly and reasonable compared toother companies. Enroute to Heathrow from B'ham the M40 was completely backed up so Bryan rerouted throught the English country side and we had a great ride and on time.
